What it does
Cekura Bench publishes voice AI benchmarks you can verify. Our new speech-to-speech benchmark tests 9 realtime voice models, including GPT Realtime 2.1, Gemini Live, Grok and Phonic, as complete phone agents on live calls: 82 scenarios, three runs each. Models are ranked on reliability, data accuracy, stalled calls, response time and cost, and every call transcript is public. Cekura Bench also covers voice agent benchmarks and STT benchmarks, with TTS benchmarks coming soon.

AI voice models answered real phone calls. This is who got them right. We gave every model the same calls: around 60 for a clinic, 23 for a Medicare line. Callers ring about Medicare, the US health insurance for older people. The agent takes their consent and details, then passes them to the right team. Booking a doctor's appointment is easy, and most models get it right almost every time. A Medicare call asks for far more, and only a few get through half of those calls.
