What it does

Charter is a policy gate and tamper-evident ledger for AI agents. Every action is checked against a written authority before it runs — allowed, blocked, or paused for a named human — and every verdict is committed to a chain nobody can edit. Maps to SOC 2, the EU AI Act and RBI controls.
