I’ve been using an app since 2015 called Copied. I use it pretty much every day on my work and personal Macs, as well as my iPhone and iPad. I copy and paste all the time in my daily workflow. I need to save and recall clipboard items all the time. Copied offers almost instantaneous sync across iCloud and works really well. I was in touch with the developer several times over the years until he went radio silent a couple of years ago as the app has since been abandoned. It still works fine in Ventura but it’s only a matter of time before it stops working entirely on the next OS update, or I won’t be able to redownload it.
