CodeGophers launched on November 18, 2023. The site was still online in September 2026, 2 years on.
What it does
We want to be your personal concierge drop-in engineering team to offload your random tasks. Email us any task and we'll get it done in 48 hours.
We needed a simple Python script to write to our database. Nothing too complex, but it would have taken a few hours, and as a small team we were already very busy with other projects . In about 20 minutes we scoped out our project and emailed it to CodeGophers, and within a day or so we had our solution back, perfectly running! This was an amazing asset to have and we will certainly use them again. My first Rails app was pretty much all done, but I was missing an important part that was too complicated for my skill set. I'd been looking for some help online with no luck or crazy prices, and then I found CodeGophers. I sent an email and spoke with a product manager, and I immediately felt…from codegophers.network

FlexyDec 2025 · flexytasks.dev · ▲55We launched Flexy because we got tired of watching startup founders waste weeks hiring contractors for small, urgent development tasks. Here's the problem we saw repeatedly: A critical bug needs fixing today. You spend 3 days interviewing freelancers on Upwork. You need a quick API integration. The freelancer goes dark mid-project. You hire an agency, pay 5x markup, wait 2 weeks. Your engineer is drowning in tech debt work. You want to outsource it, but hiring and managing contractors is almost as much work as doing it yourself. Our solution: We productized software development. Instead of…

That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

SpeedVitals▲829Hi HN, I’m Kashish, one of the co-founders of SpeedVitals, a platform for testing & monitoring website performance with a major emphasis on Core Web Vitals. Until now, our platform has only focused on Synthetic/Lab testing, such as Lighthouse tests and TTFB tests. But now, we have developed a Real-User Monitoring platform that doubles up as a Web Analytics tool. One major feature we have that most RUM tools lack is Performance Audits. Just like Lighthouse audits work on Lab test data, our audits work across all the real-user visits and gives suggestions on what task to prioritize first.…
