I built Copify for myself when macOS had no clipboard history. Apple added one but it's buried and not great, so I kept using mine. Click the menu bar icon, search bar is right there, latest copies below, pinned items always on top. Pin anything in 2 seconds. 100% offline. Nothing ever leaves your Mac. Ever.
