The GTM Co-Founder

Open-source GTM skills for technical founders

In plain words

The GTM Co-Founder is an open-source playbook for technical founders and GTM hires at developer tool and AI companies. After a brief interview about the product and market, it generates a prioritized roadmap covering positioning, first users, launch strategy, and pricing. Based on proven GTM frameworks, the tool runs as an agent and provides direct, practical guidance through each stage of market entry. It's free and MIT-licensed.

From the sources

Most AI hands dev-tool founders the same generic sales and marketing advice. The GTM Co-Founder doesn't. It's a set of open-source skills that interview you once, learn your real product and market, then walk you move by move through a prioritised GTM roadmap: who it's for, positioning, your first 50 users, launch, pricing, etc. Grounded in the playbooks of Adam Frankl and Jakub Czakon, plus my own time as a Founding AE and GTM advisor. Free and open source.

Open-source GTM playbook for whoever owns go-to-market for developer tools and AI products. Positioning, first users, launch, pricing. The co-founder that says what your team won't.

Your agent is too nice. Just like the team around you. This is the GTM co-founder that says what they won't. The operator's playbook for taking a technical product to market, whether you're the founder, the first GTM hire, or the founding AE. Answer five questions, get a prioritized GTM roadmap, then work the plan. Free, MIT-licensed, and runs inside the agent you already codefrom gtmcofounder.com

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
