In plain words
Counting Foot Traffic Over IP Webcams is a software tool that uses camera feeds to track the number of people in a location over time. Built by a UVA student as part of HackCville's data science program, it processes video from IP webcams to monitor pedestrian movement and generate traffic data. The tool is designed for businesses and organizations that need to understand foot traffic patterns at physical locations.
