What it does

daygauge is a lifestyle intelligence app. It connects sleep, movement, places, habits, workload and personal experiments into a Life Index with receipts, showing what changed against your own baseline and what might be worth testing next. Track things like caffeine cutoffs, post-meal walks, sleep timing, screen habits, office days, travel, supplements and recovery patterns, then see what moved across sleep, movement, energy proxies and daily rhythm.
