What it does
Most productivity extensions either block YouTube entirely or hide recommendations. Deliberate YouTube takes a different approach. Instead of removing your ability to choose, it helps you become aware of your behavior while you're using YouTube. By combining customizable interventions with behavior-aware systems, including adaptive reflection prompts, visual feedback, session timelines, and multiple intent modes. The extension encourages intentional viewing over passive consumption.

A few days ago I found myself trying out GLM 5.2 and was really positively impressed.
