These activities by the developer make this a living app. I purchased wholeheartedly without hesitation when I see this. There may be quite a bit of work by the developer of a living app, for a price that is usually pretty modest for the amount of work which msy br required. The main idea is that living apps maintained by a small group or by a single developer provide value not only in themselves, but also for the comminity of users, creators, and people wrangling APIs and the OS and such.
