Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS. Very easy to use. When it finds similar photos/videos it even tells you which one is the best in quality. I don’t remember seeing that feature in other photo cleaners. I used to back up (by downloading to external drive) my iCloud photo library once or twice a year and then delete in bulk.
