- CBCut back alcohol in a warm and supportive app2023 · apps.apple.com · ▲8
I've always been a heavy drinker and tried multiple time to cut back alcohol, but failed every time. As a mobile developer, I had the idea to create a dedicated app to track alcohol consumption in quick and fun way. I'm trying to give people a feel for what masking, decision fatigue, and burnout can look like day-to-day. That’s hard to explain in words, but easier to show through choices and stats. I'm not trying to "define autism". I’ve gotten good feedback here about resilience, meds, and difficulty tuning. I’ll keep tweaking it.
