Dump – easily share context with AI
I wanted a very simple way to dump prompts, links, and todo lists into my claude code and codex agents. And to work outside of the context window. This works particularly well for sharing "Projects" between Claude/ChatGPT etc. It's open source here; https://github.com/Vochsel/dump.page Anything you dump on the board becomes an llms.txt - spatially sorted implicitly and explicity sorted via connection edges. Would love HN's thoughts!

What it does
Dump is a collaborative context board for links, notes, checklists, and project briefs. Share one source of truth with ChatGPT, Claude, coding agents, and humans.
Dump is a shared board for links, notes, and briefs, so humans and agents work from the same context. Just paste a board link — or connect via MCP server for deeper integration. Collect links, notes, checklists, and decisions in one board instead of scattering them across chats. Give the same board to teammates, ChatGPT, Claude, and coding agents so everyone starts from the same place. Paste a board URL into a chat or connect Dump as an MCP server for deeper agent workflows. Turn docs, repos, articles, and meeting notes into a research board your whole project can keep using. Keep one project board that both ChatGPT and Claude can read instead of rebuilding context in every conversation.…from dump.page

Context GatewayMar 2026 · github.com · ▲220We built an open-source proxy that sits between coding agents (Claude Code, OpenClaw, etc.) and the LLM, compressing tool outputs before they enter the context window. Demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vFZ6MPrwjw#t=9s. Motivation: Agents are terrible at managing context. A single file read or grep can dump thousands of tokens into the window, most of it noise. This isn't just expensive — it actively degrades quality. Long-context benchmarks consistently show steep accuracy drops as context grows (OpenAI's GPT-5.4 eval goes from 97.2% at 32k to 36.6% at 1M…

Claude-replay – A video-like player for Claude Code sessionsMar 2026 · github.com · ▲105I got tired of sharing AI demos with terminal screenshots or screen recordings. Claude Code already stores full session transcripts locally as JSONL files. Those logs contain everything: prompts, tool calls, thinking blocks, and timestamps. I built a small CLI tool that converts those logs into an interactive HTML replay. You can step through the session, jump through the timeline, expand tool calls, and inspect the full conversation. The output is a single self-contained HTML file — no dependencies. You can email it, host it anywhere, embed it in a blog post, and it works on mobile. Repo:…
Retain – A unified knowledge base for all your AI coding conversationsJan 2026 · github.com · ▲45Hey HN! I built Retain as the evolution of claude-reflect (github.com/BayramAnnakov/claude-reflect). The original problem: I use Claude Code/Codex daily for coding, plus claude.ai and ChatGPT occasionally. Every conversation contains decisions, corrections, and patterns I forget existed weeks later. I kept re-explaining the same preferences. claude-reflect was a CLI tool that extracted learnings from Claude Code sessions. Retain takes this further with a native macOS app that: - Aggregates conversations from Claude Code, claude.ai, ChatGPT, and Codex CLI - Instant full-text…
Bindly2016 · bind.ly · ▲76Hi HN, I’m a product designer by background, not a traditional software engineer. Over the last year, tools like Claude and ChatGPT completely changed how I work. I started with small internal tools, and now I’m “vibe coding” multiple highly personalized apps. As I iterated between Claude Code (implementation) and ChatGPT (ideation / thinking), I kept running into the same problem. To think clearly, I had to repeatedly re-explain: - what the code currently does, - what changed recently, - and why certain decisions were made. That re-summarization step became a real bottleneck. So I…
