EarnIQ
Know your commission. Every day. Not just on payday.
What it does
EarnIQ is a commission tracking app built specifically for automotive sales professionals. Not a generic finance app with fields that don't make sense for car deals — an app that actually understands how dealerships work. Here's what it does: Scan your deal sheet with your camera and EarnIQ reads the numbers automatically. Log deals, new and used, split deals, front gross, back gross, stock number, See your projected month-end commission based on your current pace, not a guess, actual math.
EarnIQ is the commission tracker built for car salespeople. Snap a photo of your deal sheet, log a deal in seconds, and catch it the moment the office shorts your payout. Plus an AI sales coach that reads your numbers and tells you what to do next. No ads. On iPhone and the web.
EarnIQ turns your deal sheets into real-time commission you can actually see. Snap a photo, log a deal in seconds, and catch it the moment the office shorts your payout. No spreadsheets. No ads. Your numbers are nobody's business but yours. Now on the App Store. Android on the way. Web version available too. Take a photo of your deal sheet and EarnIQ reads the vehicle, the front and back gross, and the date — then fills it in for you. Everyone else makes you type it all. Compare what you logged against what the office actually paid you at washout. When there's a gap, you see it — before it quietly costs you money. Nobody else has this. No ads. We don't sell your data, track you, or run ads.…from earniq.app

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
