What it does
EggCars is a free collectible car game. Open an egg every 12 hours, collect isometric pixel art cars with unique stats and rarities, earn ECoins and trade in the marketplace.
Claim it for free every 12 hours from the main screen. Any car and any rarity can come out (Common 50%, Rare 34%, Epic 14%, Leggendary 2%). Earned by logging in 7 days in a row. Guarantees an Epic (80%) or Leggendary (20%) car. When you have 3 cars of the same model, you give away 2 (keep 1) and receive this orange egg with normal odds. Greet another pilot in the Pilots section and get greeted back for 3 days in a row. One-time reward per pilot. Bought in the Store. It's an extra egg you can open whenever you want, with a random car and normal odds. Earned by defeating Vulkar in his cave. Always drops one of the best models (Night Coupé, Silver Arrow or Corveto) with highfrom eggcars.co

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
