What it does

A grassroots collective of researchers working to open source AI research. GPT-Neo is the name of the codebase for transformer-based language models loosely styled around the GPT architecture.

How do properties of models emerge and evolve over the course of training? As models get smarter, humans won't always be able to independently check if a model's claims are true or false.
