Collect your recommendations. Show them off properly.
What it does
When applying for jobs, we rarely use the recommendations we've earned. Endorsa gives you an efficient way to: collect them from anywhere, tag and curate them, then share a clean profile link or export a branded PDF alongside your resume. It doesn't pretend to verify anything, it just discloses honest sourcing signals, like a recognized platform link, a company email, or direct submission, so the reader can judge for themselves.
Collect and showcase professional recommendations, with honest sourcing. Export a clean PDF or share a link alongside your resume.
Endorsa collects the specific, credible things your managers, clients and colleagues have said about you, and turns them into a clean PDF or shareable page for every job application. “ Rebuilt our checkout flow under a brutal deadline and it just worked. One of the strongest engineers I've managed. ” “ Turned a vague brief into a shipped feature our users actually love. Communicated clearly the whole way. ” “ Owned our biggest launch end to end. I'd hire them again without hesitation. ” “ Patient, sharp, and always pushed me to think one step further. Genuinely made me better at my job. ” Paste recommendations you already have, or send a two-minute magic-link form to a manager or client. No…from endorsa.space

I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
