ExportAlpha

What it does

ExportAlpha removes video backgrounds and exports true transparency—not a black fill. Upload a short clip, preview the result, and download transparent WebM for Chrome, Firefox, and OBS or ProRes 4444 MOV for professional editors.

Remove video backgrounds online and export a true alpha channel as transparent WebM for Chrome, Firefox, and OBS, or ProRes 4444 MOV for video editors.

Remove video background and export WebM for web or ProRes MOV for editing. Real alpha channel, not black background. 5 free credits when you sign in — a short clip or a few stills. WebM with alpha: up to 60 s. ProRes 4444 MOV clips: up to 8 s (use WebM for longer). Editors: Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut. Clips up to 8 seconds. Video up to 60 seconds, or a still for PNG cutout. Same credits either way. Writes a real alpha channel for video or stills — not a black fill. Works in Chrome / Firefox / OBS / Premiere. Safari still needs HEVC-with-alpha. Short answers to the export problems that usually show up as a black background. Upload → remove background → download a true transparent PNG. 1…from exportalpha.com
