What it does

Nero AI Face Animation can be used to create animated videos that turn static images into animated emoticons. After the user uploads a static picture with human face, the face will be recognized automatically, and the user can choose the emoticon effect the user wants to add, according to the selected emoticon template, the animation video will be generated accordingly.   I saw this [0] pretty cool thread by user revskill, and wanted a quicker way to search through it, but also to keep them all in one place so I can read them at my leisure whenever I get time. Right now is like 60 lines of Ruby using Nokogiri, but I will certainly look into it further down the line and improve the list.
