What it does

Fairbid is Foundra's live discovery board for makers. Paste your website, approve the auto-built listing, and choose a one-time bid from $10 to $200. Higher bids rank higher; every $200 max bidder joins a queue that rotates through the #1 spotlight in 30-minute turns. No runaway auction, opaque ad manager, or monthly campaign. Every placement is verified before publication.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
