Fake Data
A form filler extension that you will not hate!
Fake Data launched on July 22, 2018 with 3 votes. The site was still online in September 2026, 8 years on.
What it does
✔️ Fill forms with random names, emails, phone numbers and many more types of data. ✔️ No configuration or initial setup required, unless you want to. ✔️ Auto learn feature will ease your work even more. You don't have to tell it twice to remember. ✔️ Nice looking user interface. Powerful for developers to play around. ✔️ A lot more!
A form filler that every web developer must use.
Compared to other form fillers, Fake Data requires no advanced setup or extensive configuration when you use it for the first time. Just install it and it's ready to use. There are, of course, other benefits for trying Fake Data out. Fake Data has a lot of customisation options that can be tweaked to ease your work and be more productive. There will always be a form unlike any other, with something very particular. Fake Data might not be perfect, but it gives you the power to make it. Write your own custom code and generate data the way you need. A product always needs improvement, and that's why Fake Data is being constantly updated with new features and bug fixes. Fake Filler2017 · chromewebstore.google.com · ▲137Chrome & Firefox add-on to fill input fields with dummy data

FakerFillOct 2025 · fakerfill.com · ▲6I built a browser extension called FakerFill to help developers and QA testers test web forms faster. It automatically detects input fields and fills them with realistic fake data (names, emails, addresses, etc.). The extension focuses on simplicity — there’s no data collection, and everything runs locally in the browser. You can also create and reuse custom templates, choosing which fields to fill and how they’re populated. Right now, it’s available for Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. I’d love to get feedback from other developers — both on usability and ideas for future improvements.

That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…
