What it does

FastFlow is a fasting tracker that goes beyond the timer. AI coaching responds to your actual fasting history. iOS home and lock screen widgets keep your fast visible without opening the app. HealthKit syncs steps, energy, and heart rate into your progress. Streak shields protect your consistency. A community forum keeps you motivated. Built solo in Flutter. Every feature exists because I needed it myself.
