Ferrow

What it does

Ferrow keeps your vault as a folder of plain Markdown files - no proprietary format, no import step, and any editor can open the same folder. It adds agents that work inside those files under rules you declare, and every change they make is logged and reversible with one command. Bring your own model: an API key you already have, or something local via Ollama. Everything on your own machine is free; the paid tier covers only what runs on our servers. Pre-1.0 and honest about it.

  I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it.
