In plain words
FlakeHub Cache is a Nix caching service that emphasizes speed, security, and customization options. It offers an alternative approach to caching for Nix users, allowing them to configure how their builds are stored and retrieved. The service is designed for developers working with Nix who need reliable caching infrastructure for their projects.

Binary caching is truly one of the most wonderful core features of Nix . It enables you to fetch the build results of derivations rather than building them locally, which makes just about everything you do with Nix— development environments , package builds , continuous integrations runs—so much faster that Nix without caching is essentially a different, lesser tool. But despite our love for Nix caching, we’ve believed that existing caching solutions are not suitable for secure, production use cases. And so we’ve opted to build something better. Today, we’re excited to announce FlakeHub Cache , a powerful new caching concept from us at Determinate Systems that offers robust per-flake access…from determinate.systems

Stash, a graph-based cache for Node.js and Redis2012 · github.com · ▲56Last night, while trying to figure out the best way to implement caching in my app, I had an idea for a dirt-simple caching system based on a dependency graph. The premise I started with is that one of the hardest things to manage in a cache is dependencies between entities. In order to cache items effectively, you inevitably have to duplicate "child" data inside of "parent" entries. Then, when a child is changed, you have to invalidate the child and its parents, and its parents' parents, and so on. To try to help this, I hacked together a simple Node.js library called Stash, which models…
