What it does

I moved to Berlin and couldn't retain German vocab no matter what I tried. Anki was too much setup. Duolingo felt like a game. So I built Flewi. It uses spaced repetition to show you words right before you'd forget them. You can create cards fast or grab decks the community already made, no setup required. Free tier available. Built solo by one developer who uses it every day to study German.

  Here is a tool I built initially for myself to help with my German and Greek language studies. It started as a hack for creating Anki cards from native language audio. It extracts the words, finds their base forms (lemmas) and groups the examples by the lemma.
