What it does

Most focus apps count down. Focus! counts up. Describe your task, set how it feels (easy / just right / hard), and enter flow. A glowing orb grows as your depth builds. When you're done, three questions — absorption, time distortion, effortlessness — measure whether you actually hit flow state, not just whether you sat at a desk. Over weeks, your Flow Map reveals exactly when during the day you do your best work. Tuesday mornings? Late evenings? The data finds your pattern so you can protect it.
