Social media gone, everything gone, until someone in your accountability circle verifies you did the work. No willpower required. No lying to yourself. Set a task. Submit proof. Your accountability circle verifies it. Until they do — your distracting apps are blocked. Add what you need to do and when it's due. Daily, weekly — you decide. Add 2–5 friends. Any one of them can verify. No single person is on the hook. Done? Send a quick photo or note. Your circle gets notified to check it.
