Fogbender
Helpdesk product for supporting customer teams
Fogbender launched on March 1, 2022 with 107 votes, #327 of 3,153 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 4 years on.
What it does
All existing support tools are built for talking to a single user. To talk to teams, B2B vendors set up shared channels in Slack for each account. Fogbender enables vendors to embed a shared channel-like experience directly into their customer dashboard.
Fogbender is the world’s first B2B-focused customer support platform
Choice is great when buying milk. In B2B support, choice means expensive chaos. B2B users will always look for support in your product first. "How do I send a Slack Connect invite to every user who signs up?" "You want me to join your Microsoft what again?" —Great questions! But also, you really don't have to Embedded support chat: a masterclass in coordinated, industry-wide mediocrity. Teamhub.com2024 · teamhub.com · ▲237Hey HN, We've just launched our team collaboration platform where we're bringing together all the important tools under one app. We've been frustrated in the past with tools which had a huge disconnect between projects and chat. Super integrated Chat. Convert comments to tasks and have them auto added to project boards. Automations to help massively reduce burden on the team. Workflows, Time-Off and so much…

Hi HN! I made many small web games in the past with Unity or Phaser. But this time I wanted to make something completely on my own. So I coded a basic game framework in plain JavaScript, and used it to make Almost Pong. This was a really fun project that taught me a lot about JavaScript, and I plan to make more minimalist games with this framework. Interesting fact: Almost Pong doesn't load any assets, all sprites and sounds are generated with code. Happy to answer questions, and please let me know if you have any feedback on the game. Thanks!
