FontGenerator
Real installable fonts from a prompt, image or handwriting sample, for designers
FontGenerator launched on October 21, 2026.
In plain words
FontGenerator is an AI tool that creates real, installable fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2) from text prompts, reference images, or handwriting samples. Designed for designers, it lets users test fonts in the browser, edit individual glyphs in the Studio, add Latin language support and extra weights, then download the completed font. The platform also includes a library of original fonts and free tools like a font finder and language checker.

From the sources
FontGenerator makes real, installable fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2) with AI. Describe a style, upload a reference image or a handwriting sample, and get a complete font you can test in the browser, refine glyph by glyph in the Studio, extend with Latin languages and extra weights, and download. It also has a library of original fonts and free font tools such as a font finder and a language checker.
Create installable fonts from a description, image, or handwriting. Test, edit, and export TTF, OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 files with FontGenerator.
Turn a description, reference image, or handwriting sample into a font you can test, edit, and download for print, brand, and web projects. Up to 80 characters, with at least one Latin letter (A–Z) or number. Left empty, the font gets the generator's name. Draws well: geometric and rounded sans serifs, high-contrast serifs, bubble letters, marker handwriting, pixel and glitch styles. Not reliable yet: in our tests these came out wrong, so start them from the library instead. Copy a library font into Studio to change its letters and spacing. Free-plan fonts are public and may join the library after review; fonts made on a paid plan stay private. Terms A font should work beyond a preview…from fontgenerator.tools

Font Tester2024 · font-tester.foxcraft.tech · ▲280I've been looking for new fonts to use for a new project, but there weren't any great tools for seeing how a particular serif font for headers would look with another sans font for paragraph text, so I built a tool that lets you compare, adjust, and tinker with the way you'd use a font in your specific project before downloading it/setting it up. This is only using the free Google fonts for now. If there are other open-source fonts I should add, let me know and I'll add them!

Handfonted2025 · handfonted.xyz · ▲40Hey HN, For the last few months, I've been working on a personal project called HandFonted, and I'm excited to share the result with you all. The goal was to build a fully automated pipeline that could take a single image of a person's handwritten alphabets and generate a usable .ttf font file. You can try it here: https://handfonted.xyz And the code is open-source here: https://github.com/reshamgaire/HandFonted The Technical Stack and Workflow: The process is broken down into three main stages: 1. Segmentation (OpenCV): The user uploads an image. I use a series…
