What it does

Saw this effect, learned about the effect, built tools so you can do it too. It was concerning to see how we missed this effect for so long. It was tied up with HDR, but the whole point is that milage may vary when it comes to the actual implementation and display. Gain maps is the key and this will move us there as an industry. Since there’s many names for this effect, I’m trying to trend that we call it “ultra,” ultra text, ultra images, and ultra dark mode. Join me on this journey!

The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano.
