Get Notified

In plain words

Get Notified is a service that alerts users when specified events occur. Launched in 2014, it serves anyone who wants to stay informed about particular triggers or occurrences without having to constantly check manually. The product's main appeal is its simplicity—it automates the notification process so users receive timely updates about things that matter to them, making it useful for tracking anything from schedule changes to activity alerts.

Get notified when sites update their terms of service2023 · tosnotify.com · ▲190

After reading about what happened with NightOwl yesterday [0], I thought about what it would take to be aware of things like that in the future. I created ToSNotify to automatically notify you when a website's terms change. A harder problem I've been thinking through is how to know which terms to track, since it'd be a pain to add every site I have an account with. One idea I had is to automatically get terms for apps you have installed from the app store. Any other ideas/feedback are appreciated! [0]: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=37052508
