What it does

Opening GIS software just to verify the contents of a file, or checking that GPX file file is a waste of time. GIS Quick Viewer extends the macOS Finder with QL previews for geospatial data. Select a file, hit the spacebar, and peek instantly. Supported: GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, GPX, GPKG SHP (Limited support) Interactive Map: View (points, lines, polygons) on a simple map. Metadata at a Glance: Instantly see the CRS, bounding boxes, and feature counts, explore attributes, and copy them. 100% local.
