Not that I want to repeat myself, but I will repeat myself @graysky.app truly is a terrific Bluesky client! I’m reading this with GraySky right now. It’s phenomenal and looks beautiful. Great work!! I’m using the third-party app @graysky.app for Bluesky and I already love it! This is an objectively better mobile app for Bluesky than the official one. I encourage people to test it out, especially if you enjoy feeds. It's far easier to read and browse feeds from Graysky. I swapped over to the graysky client and it is much better for Android. Okay in New York now. Switching from Bluesky to Graysky for the next three weeks It's an alternative client for Bluesky. Same content, more features.…from graysky.app

- IBI Built a Reddit-style Bluesky client – still rough, but open to ideas2025 · threadsky.app · ▲127
I’ve been messing around with Bluesky for a while, and one thing I really missed was a proper way to browse discussions in a structured, Reddit-like way specially myself being daily reddit user. So, I ended up building a Reddit-like client for Bluesky that scratches that itch: Threadsky.app It pulls in trending topics, lets you explore conversations with a threaded view (so no more getting lost in replies), and even allows users to create channels with customizations, basically, like subreddits but on Bluesky. That said, this is still pretty barebones, and there’s a lot to improve. I really…

Talanoa▲343Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Hey HN! I wanted to share something I built over the last few weeks: isometric.nyc is a massive isometric pixel art map of NYC, built with nano banana and coding agents. I didn't write a single line of code. Of course no-code doesn't mean no-engineering. This project took a lot more manual labor than I'd hoped! I wrote a deep dive on the workflow and some thoughts about the future of AI coding and creativity: http://cannoneyed.com/projects/isometric-nyc
