Guardian Eye WebCamera

What it does

WebCamera turns an old Android phone or iPhone into a standard IP camera: RTSP H.264/H.265, ONVIF, MJPEG and snapshots. Any ONVIF recorder discovers it — no proprietary bridge, no app-to-app pairing. On-device detection (motion, people, sound, tamper) sends events over ONVIF. First launch generates device-unique credentials — no admin/admin, no account, no cloud: video never leaves your network. Android 5.0+ and iOS 15+ — a 2015 phone qualifies. Streaming is free, permanently.
