What it does

Hotels pay $10-30 per room per month for closed PMS platforms that lock their own data behind a thin API. HAIP is the open-source alternative. Reservations, folio and billing, rate plans, housekeeping, night audit, accounting, channel distribution, and a commission-free direct booking engine so a property keeps the 15-25% an OTA would take. Apache 2.0, self-hosted, runs with one docker compose up.
