Hands-Free Heart Rate – Measure Pulse with Selfie Camera (iOS for Now)

In plain words

Hands-Free Heart Rate is an iOS app that measures a user's pulse using the device's selfie camera. Launched in 2020, the app allows people to check their heart rate without additional hardware by simply pointing the front-facing camera at their face. It's designed for anyone wanting a quick, convenient way to monitor their pulse using equipment they already have.
