Hire-a-Mind is an AI-powered Interview Intelligence Platform that helps hiring teams review interview evidence in minutes, compare candidates consistently, and make confident hiring decisions. Unlike interview recording or AI note-taking tools, every recommendation is backed by interview evidence, explainable AI reasoning, and an audit-ready decision trail - while keeping humans in control.
