Hobson is an easy-to-use, open-source IoT automation platform

I'd like to announce the latest public beta release of Hobson - an open-source IoT platform that promotes ease-of-use and has no cloud dependencies. It is free, multi-platform and supports various devices, services and protocols through a powerful plugin system. It can be used by end-users to control various consumer smart devices or by IoT developers as a foundation for their own solutions.
