HomeHuntly
The smartest way to hunt for your new home.
What it does
If you've looked for a new home, you know the process is tedious and messy; spreadsheets, applications, emails, multiple housing platforms. HomeHuntly helps renters & buyers: stay organized, have fun rating viewings, and manage the whole search in one simple dashboard. See the process. Organize properties at every step, from 'Saved' to 'Applied' to 'Accepted'. Never forget where things are at. Save email templates, property notes, contact info - everything is accessible in one place!

For the past few months, I've been working on a website that answers two different questions: - Where in my city have the best travel times to all the things and people I care about? - Given a listing, how far is it from all the things and people I care about? Personally this was fueled by my own frustrations when I was apartment hunting in NYC. I was frustrating to have to juggle so many Google Maps tabs when I was evaluating a listing, and it was also annoying to not have full confidence that I was even searching in the right places. I wanted to be close to work, a Trader Joe's, and a…

We're a small team of 3 engineers, and wanted to make a better way to look for for properties online. Traditional portals (esp. outside of US) are just a bit rubbish for doing anything other than basic searching. So we've: - Created a crawler that reads through estate agents websites to find homes for sale - Parses that through a series of LLMs and other models to understand each home in depth (e.g. floor type, location, total sqft) - Parses every photo through an embeddings vector space so that people can search for whatever they want. Backstory: Few years back, I used a shared spreadsheet (GSheets) to organize my property hunt, and found it quite frustrating to keep on top of things just on the productivity side alone. Felt that there should be a better way to do this, and that's when I started creating a webapp, with features that can make this journey feel less stressful. This is a solo dev project. Have a look at the demo, and let me know your thoughts! Cheers

Hey we are Computable. We spent years building trading infrastructure at Jump Trading and Coinbase. From that point of view, compute looks like energy markets before 2000: everything trades through private bilateral leases, there’s no visible price, and nothing can be resold. The same H100 rents at a 2x spread depending on who’s asking, and once you sign a 24-month lease, it can never change hands. So we built a market for GPU nodes, sold by the calendar week. Here are three things you can do on it that you can’t do anywhere else: - Buy exactly the weeks you need. Three nodes for the last…
