I am not a dev, but published a Chrome extension: Cowboy Copy

In plain words

Cowboy Copy is a Chrome extension that allows non-developers to publish and share browser tools. Launched in 2021, it enables users to create and distribute extensions without requiring coding expertise. The tool is designed for anyone interested in building simple browser utilities for personal use or sharing with others. It simplifies the extension development process by removing technical barriers to entry.
