I created a collection of useful websites
Hey all! Super excited to share this! If you're familiar with the r/InternetIsBeautiful sub-reddit, then you'll enjoy this. I built the website as a fun side project project over the weekend, and it re-imagines what r/internetisbeautiful would be if it was a newsletter. It's meant to be a completely free and community generated resource of the most interesting, useful and awesome websites from the depths of the internet. The list is tiny right now and I would love to hear your recommendations of websites that you think we should include. Hope you enjoy it, and would love to hear…
I created a collection of useful websites launched on January 26, 2023 with 10 votes, #1,399 of 3,901 launches that month and more than 75% of that year's launches.
In plain words
This is a free, community-driven collection of interesting and useful websites from across the internet. It functions as a curated newsletter-style resource inspired by the r/InternetIsBeautiful subreddit. The platform is designed for people seeking to discover unique and valuable web destinations, with recommendations contributed by the community. The collection is in its early stages and welcomes user submissions and feedback to expand its catalog.

Browser BuddyDec 2025 · browserbuddy.com · ▲156Hey HN, thank you for being a part of the internet we love. We’re Arnav, Mo, Jeremy and we’re building an “Internet for-you page” that recommends blogs and essays based on your interests. Try it here (https://www.browserbuddy.com/)! We love to discover and learn from personal blogs, essays, and articles on the internet. But despite exciting advancements in language modeling, it’s felt harder to discover interesting links from real people. We believe there is untapped potential to use these language models as “curators” rather than “creators”. To explore this, we’re building a…

This works suprisingly well. Just give it instructions like "make it winter" or "remove the cars" and the photo is altered. Here are some examples of transformations it can make: Golden gate bridge: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brycedrennan/imaginAIry/ma... Girl with a pearl earring: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brycedrennan/imaginAIry/ma... I integrated this new InstructPix2Pix model into imaginAIry (python library) so it's easy to use for python developers.

The project is called QueryStorm. It uses Roslyn to offer C# (and VB.NET) support in Excel, as an alternative to VBA. I've posted about it before, but a lot has changed since then so figured I'd share an update. The current version includes a host of new features, namely a C# debugger, support for NuGet packages, and the ability to publish Excel extensions to an "AppStore" (which is essentially a NuGet repository). The AppStore can be used by anyone with the (free) runtime component. Another great addition is the community license, which is a free license for individuals and small companies…

Hey HN! Some more info: I’m an NHS doctor and the founder of Pi-A (https://www.pi-a.io) which developed Lungy (https://www.lungy.app). Lungy is an app (iOS only for now) that responds to breathing in real-time and was designed to make breathing exercises more engaging and beneficial to do. It hopefully has many aspects of interest to the HN community – real-time fluid, cloth and soft body sims running on the phone’s GPU. My background is as a junior surgical trainee and I started building Lungy in 2020 during the first COVID lockdown in London. During COVID, there were…
