In plain words

Giflr is a web application for creating and remixing animated GIFs directly in a browser. Users can build GIFs from webcam footage, still images, or existing animated GIFs, then edit them by adding text or drawings, adjusting speed and direction, and transforming elements through scaling and rotation. The tool provides real-time preview of changes and generates shareable URLs for finished GIFs, allowing users to store and access their creations without losing track of them.
