I redesigned the Microsoft employee badge launched on February 17, 2014 with 322 votes, #5 of 1,100 launches that month and more than 99% of that year's launches. The site was still online in September 2026, 12 years on.
In plain words
A designer presents a redesigned Microsoft employee badge concept featuring a modern and streamlined layout. The project reimagines the existing badge to align with Microsoft's updated branding across its logo, operating system, and campus signage. The redesign addresses spacing and alignment issues found in the original badge that employees wear daily, offering a more balanced and contemporary aesthetic that matches the company's current visual direction.

For a while, I had this idea of redesigning Microsoft employee badges for a modern and neat look. So I spared a few hours this weekend. It’s over a year Microsoft has started to rebrand itself, starting from its logo to a brand new looking OS, from campus shuttles to direction signs on the campus and so on. Many employees are wearing this badge on their belts or pockets every day.

http://instantclick.io/ It seems the internet architecture won't bring us instant websites anytime soon. So here is a hack. I released this JS library last month (today is version 2.0 release, fixing v1.0's rough edges), it makes use of HTML5's pushState and preloading to make a website instant. It works like this: before clicking on a link, you'll hover over it. And there's a delay of 200-300 ms between these two events.
