Ifarlo
The CRM that sets itself up around how you work
What it does
Most CRMs make you build them before you can use them. Fields, pipelines, stages, weeks of setup. Ifarlo asks how your business works and sets itself up to match. Run retainers and it knows about retainers. Track pitches and it tracks pitches. Then it does the work. Email it like an assistant and it updates itself. Talk to it and it writes the records. Every morning it tells you what needs attention. Want a segment for a marketing email? Describe it and Ifarlo builds it, then sends the email.
Ifarlo is the AI native CRM for small and medium sized businesses. It builds itself around your business in one session, and answers questions in plain English.
Ifarlo reads your site and builds a CRM around your business: your services, your pipeline stages, your existing clients, ready to use. Then it logs your meetings, drafts your follow ups and answers your questions in plain English. All it takes is your website address. Free to start, no card. Features are easy to list. Here is what actually changes in your week. Real screens from Ifarlo, set up for a marketing agency, with clients, campaigns, deals and the daily to do all in one place. Your home screen pulls the day together: a deal going stale, a reminder you owe someone, today's meetings and how your pipeline is looking. It refreshes the moment you open it, so nothing slips. Every contact…from ifarlo.com

I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
