Infraware
The AI-Native Terminal for CloudOps
Infraware launched on March 26, 2026.
What it does
Infraware is an AI-native terminal for CloudOps teams. It turns the terminal into a decision surface that understands your infrastructure, retains operational memory, and delivers high-confidence, explainable recommendations. Multi-cloud by design, no vendor lock-in, no blind automation. AI never executes on its own: every action is human-approved, auditable, and context-aware. Built for DevOps, SREs, and MSPs running real production infrastructure.
Infrastructure that earns the right to run itself. Human-signed today, autonomous when the record says so. The governed execution engine for AI-driven infrastructure operations, autonomous read-only investigation, human-signed changes, one audit line per approved execution.
Infraware is the governed operations platform for complex Kubernetes environments in regulated industries. Virgil, its round-the-clock agent, investigates every alert on its own, read-only, inside your cluster. Your engineers sign every change. And every signature builds the record that lets automation grow, at exactly the speed you can defend. Seven steps, always in order. Autonomous until the gate, and nothing crosses the gate without a person. Approve the same fix often enough and Virgil proposes the standing version: one signature, scoped to that exact context, revocable in one click. Autonomy is delegated by evidence, never by a toggle. We too at first thought that letting an LLM manage your AWS account must be a bad idea. What could possibly go wrong?? However we couldn’t resist building it, and when we did, we were surprised how much it can do even in plain vanilla form, which currently is just the ai-sdk frontend with some aws sdk code generation (inspared by aws-mcp). We all but stopped using the AWS console internally and switched to Infrabase - a lot of the time it’s much faster to prompt than to click around in AWS console, especially for things that involve multiple steps, IAM roles, etc. So we started to think of…

Talanoa▲343Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…
