What it does

Inherited Property Match is a free nationwide broker-matching service built specifically for heirs selling inherited real estate. Most heirs have never sold property before and have no idea how to find a broker who understands probate timelines, tax basis issues, and multi-heir coordination. We match heirs with vetted brokers based on property type (single family, condos, land, investment real estate, vacation homes) and location. Founded by a team with backgrounds at CBRE and Citi Private Bank.
