Ranked Interviews and Post Interview Feedback!

What it does

Paste your interview transcript or notes and get a private Interview Review: which answers landed, which didn't, stronger rewrites for the weak ones, targeted practice drills, and a next-round prep plan. Not a hiring predictor — grounded feedback based on what you actually said, while it's still fresh. Free to try one question, no account needed.

Practise Quant, CS, Law, Medicine, or general behavioral questions in Ranked Arena, then debrief finished rounds with private Interview Reviews and rewrites.

Your free Interview Review tells you exactly where your last interview broke down — the actual transcript, not a guess. Climb the Ranked Arena ladder afterward, and a strong rank becomes something real employers on this platform can see. Employers use the same AI to screen candidates. See the Hiring Suite Answer General, Quant/Math, CS/Software, Law, or Medicine track questions on camera under a countdown. AI grades what you said and how you said it, awards Interview Points, and ranks you on a live leaderboard. Pro, Ultra, or Sprint can send invites. See challenge limits → A new behavioural question each morning. Type your answer, get it scored on structure, specifics and ownership in…from iterationinterview.com

We are a recruiting startup with a small twist. We represent engineering candidates who receive a recommendation through our personalized vetting process, which includes a technical interview with an unbiased third-party senior engineer. We match the candidates with interviewers based on their background and the roles they are looking for. We pay for the senior engineer's time to interview so that the feedback is completely unbiased. These interviews are unique in that they are not set up to test if a candidate is a fit for a pre-set role, but instead they are personalized to extract each…

Hello HN! I found that picking out plausible but diverse skin tones for my digital art and game development projects was kind of difficult, and I got curious about if there was a way to define a color space that made it easy. I've built a color picker and procedural generation algorithm based on the space as well as a bunch of other fun js features and demos throughout the page that use the equations. If you find it interesting, I have lots of explanations of how I built it and what properties the space has. The methodology might be a bit shaky, but hopefully the result is as helpful for…

  • I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
