What it does
Joonote is the fastest way to create, view, edit and delete your notes, tasks, reminders, and checklists from the notification panel, even on the lock screen—no unlocking your screen to open the app—so you can stay in the flow without straying to other apps.
An Android note-taking app for viewing and editing your notes, to-do lists, and reminders directly on the lock screen and notification panel.
Zoonote, among other things, offers the fastest way to create, view, or edit your notes, to-do lists, and reminders directly on the lock screen and notification panel—no unlocking your phone to search for the app—so you can stay in the flow and never miss a thing. On Lock Screen Add, view, edit and delete your notes directly on your lock screen without unlocking and opening the app. My most favorite feature if you ask me. Private Notes Hide your notes behind the lock screen, and intentionally pin any of them to lock screen and notification shade for quick access - if you want. Create Lists For shopping, cooking, step-by-step guides, or just to check things off your lists. Access your lists…from zoonote.app

Joonote – A note-taking app on your lock screen and notification panelMar 2026 · joonote.com · ▲54I finally built this app after many years of being sick of unlocking my phone every goddamn time I need to take or view my notes. It particularly sucks when I'm doing my grocery and going down the list. I started building last year June. This is a native app written in Kotlin. And since I'm a 100% Web dev guy, I gotta say this wouldn't have been possible without this AI to assist me. So this isn't "vibe-coded". I simply used the chat interface in Gemini website, manually copy paste codes to build and integrate every single thing in the app! I used gemini to build it just because I was…

I went down the rabbit hole on a side project and ended up building this: Strange Attractors(https://blog.shashanktomar.com/posts/strange-attractors). It’s built with three.js. Working on it reminded me of the little "maths for fun" exercises I used to do while learning programming in early days. Just trying things out, getting fascinated and geeky, and being surprised by the results. I spent way too much time on this, but it was extreme fun. My favorite part: someone pointed me to the Simone Attractor on Threads. It is a 2D attractor and I asked GPT to extrapolate it to…

Autism Simulator▲779Hey all, I built this. It’s not trying to capture every autistic experience (that’d be impossible). It’s based on my own lived experience as well as that of friends on the spectrum. I'm trying to give people a feel for what masking, decision fatigue, and burnout can look like day-to-day. That’s hard to explain in words, but easier to show through choices and stats. I'm not trying to "define autism". I’ve gotten good feedback here about resilience, meds, and difficulty tuning. I’ll keep tweaking it. If even a few people walk away thinking, "ah, maybe that’s why my coworker struggles in those…
