KiwotHire

Hiring infrastructure your team actually owns.

What it does

Most hiring tools either dump resumes on your desk or make the decision for you. KiwotHire gives your team the infrastructure to run a faster, transparent hiring process. Our proprietary analyzer breaks down every CV into skills, gaps, and red flags - not keyword matches. Candidates then move through structured interviews, assessments, and collaborative evaluation. Upload in bulk, compare and rank, collaborate across your team. Every hiring decision documented and defensible. Free tier, no card.

We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
