What it does

We built this app with our cofounder Olof Rehn, with 72 years of experience as psychologist and performance coach for enterprise. Olof believes - Human Connections Are Always More Effective Most conflicts and slow decisions come from misaligned expectations, hidden assumptions, and poor communication patterns. KYKM makes those dynamics visible, measurable, and fixable. Teams don’t fail for lack of skill — they fail for lack of mutual understanding.
